Scrapbooking LAYOUT-Panama' Canal... 2006

Finally got to post this layout....incredible way of "trying" to show the way these two ships were coming in from the Atlantic ocean and going to the Pacific ocean. As you may have seen in my fotos before,I took a picture from the plane showing the ships that were waiting to go through the Panama' Canal. Once they arrive at the entrance, they obviously turn off their engines and are "tugged" to the entrance and are "chained" to little trains that are called "mules" and they are practically "hauled" into "chambers" where the water is "pumped" in or out. There are three "locks" the ships go through, the Miraflores locks (Pacific),Pedro Miguel locks (middle)and Gatun locks(Atlantic). Please look at the locks diagram-PANAMA CANAL(google.FINALMENTE SONO RIUSCITA A "POSTARE" QUESTO LAYOUT......INCREDIBLE IL MODO CON CUI HO "CERCATO" DI FARVI VEDERE L'ATTRAVERSATA DI QUESTI DUE NAVI CHE ARRIVAVANO DAL OCEANO ATLANTICO AL OCEANO PACIFICO. COME AVRETTE POTUTO VEDERE IN UNA FOTO PRECEDENTE LE NAVI CHE ASPETTAVANO DI ATTRAVERSARE IL CANAL DI PANAMA' DAL PACIFICO VERSO L'ATLANTICO...
